Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping is free on all orders over $75 USD. Standard international delivery takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $75 USD ship free. For orders under $75, a flat rate of $8.95 USD applies for most countries. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.

Products & Quality

Are all products handmade?

The majority of our products are handmade or hand-finished by artisans. Each product listing specifies the production method. Because of the handmade nature, slight variations in colour, texture, and size are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.

How do you select your artisans?

Our team travels throughout the Nordic region to find skilled craftspeople. We evaluate quality, sustainability practices, and design philosophy before adding any maker to our network.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Contact our team to initiate a return and we’ll provide a prepaid return label where available.

Can I exchange an item?

Absolutely. If you’d like a different size, colour, or product, simply return the original item and place a new order. We’ll expedite the replacement shipping.
